Nestled on a small mountain in north Travelers Rest, Three Peaks Pup Care is a family owned and operated care facility for dogs of all shapes and sizes.
We are committed to safety, sanitation, FUN, and affordability!
Years ago when we were faced with the issue of leaving our own sweet pups during our vacation, we realized the options were daunting. We couldn’t bear the idea of our pups being put in a kennel for days, having no affection, and limited play opportunities. The options that could provide that, were well out of our budget.
We began to compile what the ideal circumstances would look like and got started on our little doggie dreamland!
Whether your dog wants room to run, structures to scoot around, couches to roll on, or cuddles galore- we have worked hard to provide a playcation space that your pup is sure to love! Our fenced-in play yard is where most pups choose to spend the day. Covered in artificial turf, the play yard includes shade structures, tunnels, a splash space (under construction), and a trampoline. For the pups that are more accustomed to being indoors, we have all the comforts of home and more! We have dog beds aplenty and even share our own occasionally!
Drop Off:
When your pup comes to visit us, whether it’s the first or tenth time, drop off will be at our fenced in play yard. Please dropoff at your scheduled time, and text an ETA when on the way. We need adequate notice so that our other guests can be brought inside and given the peaceful transition from play to rest that they deserve. After arriving at our home, please follow the signs to the marked parking area. Heather or Paul will be there to greet you and guide your pup to the play yard. Initially we have to ensure your pup has ample opportunity to potty before being given the tour and meeting new friends.
We have a regular dog daycare group and will likely have other boarders here visiting. They will be brought inside for a nap/treat giving your pup time to get the lay of the land. Owners and their children are not permitted in the play yard. In our experiences, the dogs have an easier time adjusting to the new circumstances, when dropoff is not prolonged.
What to Bring:
Dog Food- Please separate the allotted amount needed for their stay into a separate bag(s). For longer stays, you can bring their larger container or dog food bag.
You may also bring their bedding or treats, but these are not required. Please do not send toys, unless you’re donating them.
